Heya! My name's Jerb and I'm a 21 year old culinary school graduate and CS student! I go by he/they pronouns and I'm gay and asexual. I currently live in Arizona with plans to move back to my home state of Colorado towards the end of the year! In my freetime I like to play mostly Minecraft and I'm also a moderator on the Minecraft server Minecraft Championship Island. I'm also a streamer and content creator over on Twitch and Youtube. I streamed on Twitch consistently for 2 years, and I'm starting to try out Youtube and experiment with what I'm interested in! I've cooked in many fine dining settings throughout the 7 years I was in the restaurant industry. I started working behind a sushi bar making traditional and Americanized sushi. I then went to take my skills to a new level and worked in fine dining with French and Italian influences. I worked mainly with pastries but I was a jack of all trades in the kitchen. I would help with making food for weddings and banquets while also making hundreds of galettes and other deserts for dinner service. I then moved to New Zealand and worked in a winery's restaurant for 9 months where I continued to make food for banquets while serving lunch.
